One license. Unlimited end products.

This License governs the Achromatic source code, components, templates, documentation and updates you receive with your purchase, together called the Product. An End Product is an application, website or service built with the Product whose primary purpose is not to redistribute the Product.

Achromatic grants one individual, team or organization, called the Licensee, an ongoing, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use and modify the Product subject to this License.

A team or organization license covers every developer who belongs to that Licensee. It does not extend to another individual, client, affiliate, team or organization without written permission from Achromatic.

• Build and operate unlimited End Products
• Use the Product for personal, internal, commercial and client projects
• Modify the Product and combine it with your own code
• Sell End Products to customers or allow end users to interact with them
• Use the Product to build and run SaaS applications
• Publish an open-source End Product when it has been substantially modified and cannot reasonably be used as a substitute for the Product

A client may use the End Product you deliver, but the client does not receive the Product, private repository access or a separate Achromatic license. Developers who need access must belong to the licensed individual, team or organization.

• Sell, sublicense, share or redistribute the Product as source code, whether modified or unmodified
• Offer the Product or its components separately from an End Product
• Publish the Product in a public repository or otherwise make it available for others to copy
• Share download links, repository access or credentials outside the Licensee
• Create or distribute a competing starter kit, boilerplate, template or component library based on the Product
• Transfer this License to another individual, team or organization without written permission from Achromatic

The Product is licensed, not sold. Achromatic and its licensors retain ownership of the Product and related intellectual property. The Licensee owns original code it creates and its rights in an End Product, subject to Achromatic's rights in the Product.

Third-party and open-source software included in or used by the Product remains subject to its own license terms.

Updates supplied for the Product are covered by this License. Repository access may be granted through GitHub and requires compliance with GitHub's terms. If an invitation expires, the verified Licensee may ask Achromatic to reissue it through the license activation page or support.

Achromatic may suspend repository access or revoke this License for a material breach. If the License is revoked, the Licensee must stop using and distributing the Product. Restrictions, ownership terms and liability provisions survive termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Product is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Achromatic's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this License or the Product is limited to the license fee actually paid for the Product. This is a limit on recoverable damages only. It does not create a right to a refund, cancellation or repayment. Nothing in this License excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This License is governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and venue rights remain unaffected.
